General: The client making a booking or to whom service is rendered is deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions Bookings: In order to handle your reservations efficiently, kindly advise full details of the group or individual regarding their arrival/departure dates, flight number, number of participants, room requirement, meals plan and sight seeing etc. etc. Payments: Payment can be made via wire transfer or cash deposit into our bank account as supplied in your invoice. 50% of total amount of your quotation should reach us 30 days prior to the arrival of group/individual and remaining 50% 10 days prior to arrival. Final payment of the balance of the reservation is required 10 days prior to your arrival date. Responsibility: Ntwanano Travels & Tours and their associates, act only as agents for the passenger’s and will therefore have to disclaim any responsibility for loss damages, change and alterations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, floods, political unrest, delay arrival, sickness or accidents and cancellation of flights.
